Debbie Marshall, RN

Debbie supports the ISA surgeons by scheduling surgeries, assisting with in-office procedures, and providing patient education.  She has worked with ISA since 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in nursing.  Her favorite part of working in medicine is educating patients about taking care of their conditions.  Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys gardening, taking her husband fishing, spending time with her grandchildren, and dreaming about one day visiting  Australia.  

Trish Edwards, Nurse

Trish has over 40 years experience in medicine and has worked with ISA since 2009. She hails from Cambridgeshire and originally trained for nursing in the United Kingdom.  While Trish works regularly with all ISA surgeons, her primary task is assisting Dr Green.  Trish believes passionately in patient advocacy and works diligently to see that patient’s receive the kind of care she would wish to receive. Off the clock, Trish does a lot of traveling to visit family in England, tends her garden, and is very involved in her local church. 

Erin Endow, Receptionist

Erin has run the ISA front desk since 2005, handling all forms of incoming communications and scheduling.  Through all the hard work Erin enjoys the opportunity to work with diverse people and help solve issues to make their medical care more comfortable.  Erin likes to travel to various National Parks in search of good hiking trails.  So far, her favorite is Hawaii.

Donna Wilson, Receptionist

Donna joined ISA in August of 2011.  Originally a native of the Boise area, Donna and her husband are very excited to be back after twelve years of moving around the country.  Donna mans the front desk at ISA, handling scheduling, referrals, and medical records.  As the wife of a stage III cancer survivor, Donna appreciates the opportunity to be a friendly face in the midst of hard times. Outside of the office, Donna and her husband enjoy skiing and boating, spending time with their two children in college, and visiting family.  

Laura Goold, Biller

Laura joined ISA back in 1995 and handles the bulk of ISA’s billing.  She also helps with reception, scheduling, and other administrative duties to keep the surgeons on the ball.  Laura loves working at ISA because it allows her to help people through difficult times in life.  Outside of the office Laura and her husband like to spend time gardening, hiking, and enjoying their two daughters in college.  

Angie Stewart, Accounts Specialist

Angie has worked with ISA since 2009 doing special projects and handling complex billing issues.  Her favorite part of working with ISA is the quality staff.  Angie and her family love to water ski, camp and hike. 

Connie Merrell, Office Manager

Connie has worked in the medical field for over 30 years and has been managing ISA since 1994.  She greatly appreciates the high standard of care adhered to by ISA and the integrity of ISA’s surgeons.  Outside of the office Connie and her husband enjoy reading, gardening, traveling  and spending time with their granddaughter. In the near future Connie hopes to take up art and spend more time playing the saxophone. 

Kathy Green, MBA βΓΣ, Practice Analyst

Kathy joined ISA in 2011 to manage administrator projects and do continued practice analysis to identify top level areas for improvement in practice policies and procedures.  Kathy is passionate about applying sound business principles to medical care in ways that support patient advocacy.  Outside of the office Kathy participates in local theatre and likes to travel overseas.
